At SutrChitra, each product is crafted with care. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, we’re happy to assist you.

Returns & Exchanges

 Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged items.

 You must notify us within 3 days of delivery at [sutrchitra@gmail.com] with clear photos of the defect.

 Once approved, we’ll arrange for a return pickup or provide a return address.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after product inspection.

Returned products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Custom-made or discounted items are not eligible for return or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

 Handwoven items with minor imperfections or colour variations (since they are natural to handmade processes).
